Michael C. Keats has joined Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a litigation partner in its New York office. Keats joins the firm from Goldman Sachs, where he was a managing director and associate general counsel in the litigation and regulatory proceedings group.
Keats joins Kirkland’s Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations Practice Group, which consists of attorneys in all six of its U.S. offices.
