We are pleased to have added several new speakers and panelists on top of what was already an incredible faculty for SEF 2012. Professor Donald Langevoort of Georgetown University Law Center will join us as our Lunch Keynote speaker. We are also delighted to add Scott Friestad, Associate Director of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, as a panelist, as well. They join SEC Commissioner Luis A. Aguilar, former SEC Directors of Enforcement The Honorable Stanley J. Sporkin and William R. McLucas, and approximately 20 other luminaries in the securities enforcement field who will discuss the most important issues now facing attorneys and professionals who work in this area.
Securities Enforcement Forum 2012 will offer numerous networking and discussion opportunities for attendees, with breakfast, lunch, a cocktail party, and numerous breaks scheduled throughout the day.
