Outside Review Finds Ethics Violations by Former SEC Inspector General

Bloomberg reports today that in a report dated September 17, 2012, this outside review found that Kotz violated ethics rules in certain investigations his office carried out because the investigations touched on people with whom he had “personal relationships.”
