The SEC has named Andrew M. Calamari to serve as Director of its New York Regional Office. Calamari has been Acting Director of the New York office since the promotion of George Canellos to Deputy Director of the Division of Enforcement in June 2012. As Director, Calamari will lead the New York office’s staff of 400 enforcement attorneys, accountants, investigators, and compliance examiners.
