Compiling Acquittals in Insider Trading Prosecutions in the Past 25 Years

At a recent insider trading conference, attendees were challenged to recall any cases in the past 25 years in which a defendant was acquitted in an insider trading case. No one in attendance could think of such a case at the time, but it turns out that they do exist.
