Louis Greenstein Joins McGuireWoods in Washington, D.C.

Louis D. Greenstein has joined law firm McGuireWoods LLP as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office. The firm announced that Greenstein has joined its Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations practice.

Greenstein joins McGuireWoods from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he worked for 11 years. Previously, Greenstein served as a staff attorney in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division.
