‘Rogue’ Auditor Leads KPMG to Resign as Auditor for Two Companies

An alleged leak of non-public client information by a “rogue” KPMG audit partner has led the firm to resign as auditor for two clients and withdraw its auditor reports. Both the DOJ and the SEC are now reportedly investigating the matter.
