We are pleased to have added several new speakers and panelists on top of what was already an incredible faculty for SEF 2013. SEC Chair Mary Jo White will join us as our Afternoon Keynote Speaker. We also recently added SEC Enforcement Director Andrew Ceresney to an historic “Directors’ Panel” that will feature five current or former Directors of the Enforcement Division.
These new additions to the conference join Morning Keynote Speaker SEC Commissioner Troy Paredes, former SEC Directors of Enforcement The Honorable Stanley J. Sporkin, William R. McLucas, Linda Chatman Thomsen and Robert Khuzami, and over 20 other luminaries in the securities enforcement field who will discuss the most important issues now facing attorneys and professionals who work in this area.
Securities Enforcement Forum 2013 will offer numerous networking and discussion opportunities for attendees, with breakfast, lunch, a cocktail party, and numerous breaks scheduled throughout the day.
