Jon is well known and respected for his deep knowledge of the federal securities laws and this reputation for excellence as an advocate in both the boardroom and courtroom. Jon has played pivotal roles in major accounting, FCPA and market abuse cases, including most recently as counsel to the Madoff Trustee and defense counsel to Bruno Iksil – the lead trader in the JP Morgan $6 billion dollar trading loss case.”
