“Thomas Hanusik is a 12-year veteran from both the DOJ and SEC.  One of the original prosecutors on the Enron Task Force, Tom has build a strong practice of defending clients with troubles at both the DOJ and SEC. Known for his creative legal strategies and tenacity when the situation demands, Tom counsels corporations and individuals in major enforcement actions and internal investigations, particularly those involving the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act. If a matter must go to trial, Tom has all the requisite tools and experience from his days as a criminal prosecutor and from his experience in private practice to battle the government in the most difficult cases.”
