Following yesterday’s verdict in his favor, Mark Cuban said the SEC needs to “think things through” when it comes to its newly-announced “Broken Windows” strategy. Cuban said his case helps show that there are often no bright lines for the public to follow when it comes to the securities laws.

So Mr. Cuban pays attention to what Chairman White has to say? Who explains that to him? His attorney brother, Brian? His stock broker, Charlie? One of his basketball players?
For someone who played so dumb on the witness stand this part month he seems to know a lot about securities laws now. Wow, am so impressed with his knowledge. Perhaps I will enroll for a refresher course at Indiana U’s law school next semester.
