SEC’s ‘NEAT’ Tool Sifts Massive Quantities of Trade Data to Flag Insider Trading – Compliance Week

In a speech delivered yesterday at the 41st Annual Securities Regulation Institute in Coronado, California, SEC Chair Mary Jo White announced that a “revolutionary” new tool for identifying insider trading by investment firms will be rolled out in 2014.
