Mark Cuban Visits D.C. to Speak About SEC Case, Enforcement Policy – Compliance Week

Even on the NBA’s trade deadline, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was willing to travel to Washington, D.C. and set aside an entire morning to voice his strong feelings about the work of the SEC–and specifically his recent “brutal” experience as a defendant in an SEC insider trading case.
