SEC Charges Two Friends With ‘Audacious’ Insider Trading Scheme | Compliance Week

A shoebox full of cash, prepaid “burner” cell phones, and dummy email accounts failed to prevent the SEC from uncovering and filing its latest insider trading case, the agency announced last week.
