Final SEC Trial Scorecard for FY 2014: SEC Posts 5-7-5 Record in 17 Trials | Compliance Week

In its FY 2014, which ended on September 30, 2014, the SEC litigated a total of 17 trials in federal court that went to a verdict. In those 17 trials, SEC had five outright victories in which it won on all of its claims, seven losses in which it lost on all of its claims, and five mixed verdicts in which it won on some claims and lost on others.
