SEC Sues F-Squared for Touting Hypothetical and Inflated Performance | Compliance Week

Yesterday, the SEC charged investment management firm F-Squared Investments and its former CEO with misleading investors by touting a lengthy record of stellar performance that was, in fact, both “hypothetical” and “substantially inflated.”
