David Fontaine Named CEO of Corporate Risk Holdings

David FontaineDavid R. Fontaine has been named Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Risk Holdings, LLC. The company announced today that Fontaine will become CEO effective immediately.

Formerly known as Altegrity, Corporate Risk Holdings is the parent company of Kroll, a leading global provider of risk and technology-enabled services and solutions. It is also the parent company of HireRight, a leading global provider of employment background screening and eligibility solutions.

Fontaine was previously executive vice president, chief legal and administrative officer, and corporate secretary of Altegrity and its affiliated operating companies. He also previously served as the general counsel of two public companies, American Management Systems, Inc., and Proxicom, Inc., and was a partner at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Miller, Cassidy, Larroca and Lewin, LLP.

Fontaine is also the co-author of two articles that were recently published on Cybersecurity Docket (Ten Cybersecurity Concerns for Every Board of Directors; and Cyber Insurance: A Pragmatic Approach to a Growing Necessity) and was a panelist in a June 2015 webcast on the topic of cyber insurance.
