Roel Campos and Terence Healy are joining law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP as partners in its Washington, D.C. office. The firm announced yesterday that Campos and Healy will lead the firm’s Securities Enforcement Practice Group as Chair and Vice Chair, respectively.
Campos joins Hughes Hubbard from the law firm of Locke Lord, where he was a partner and head of the firm’s Securities Enforcement and Regulation Practice. Previously, served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2002 to 2007. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles.
Healy also joins Hughes Hubbard from the law firm of Locke Lord, where he was a partner. Healy previously served as Senior Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement from 2008 to 2012, and also as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice.
