Steve Cohen starts fund that may accept outside capital — CNBC

Point72 Asset Management CEO Steve Cohen has formed a new fund that may be able to accept outside capital. Stamford Harbor Funds will “initially invest primarily in non-public, restricted and illiquid securities,” according to an SEC filing. OSC set to launch whistleblower program in summer 2016 | Compliance Week

Maureen Jensen, chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission, stated this week that the OSC’s new whistleblower office is expected to receive final approval in June 2016 and begin operations in “early summer” 2016.
