M. Alexander “Alec” Koch has joined law firm King & Spalding as a partner in the firm’s Washington office. Koch is a member of the firm’s Special Matters & Government Investigations practice group.
Koch joins King & Spalding from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was an Assistant Director in the Division of Enforcement and a member of the Enforcement Division’s Broker-Dealer Task Force Steering Committee.
