Robert Rice Joins Clifford Chance in New York

CliffordChance 150Robert E. Rice has joined law firm Clifford Chance LLP as a partner in its New York office. The firm announced last week that Rice has joined its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

Rice joins Clifford Chance from Ropes & Gray, where he was a partner. Previously, Rice was Chief Counsel to SEC Chair Mary Jo White and an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York. While with the SDNY, Rice served as a Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division. Rice also previously served as a managing director and a senior in-house lawyer at a global financial institution.
