Distressed debt investor Lynn Tilton on Tuesday denied charges that she misled investors in her private equity fund, telling a judge she gave her clients exactly what they asked for.
“The cash flows tell the story,” Tilton, the head of Patriarch Partners, said during nearly four hours of testimony at the Securities and Exchange Commission hearing.
