Morrison & Foerster has hired former federal prosecutor Joshua Hill Jr. to lead its white-collar defense practice in San Francisco.
Hill spent the past four years as a litigation partner at Sidley Austin, where he joined the firm in mid-2012. Hill’s achievements at Sidley included successfully defending a medical device maker in a federal kickback investigation and preventing a pharmaceutical maker from being prosecuted on false advertising charges.
