Former Acting Manhattan U.S. Attorney Rejoins Cleary Gottlieb Law Firm – WSJ

Joon H. Kim, who succeeded Preet Bharara as the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan, is returning to the private sector as a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

This is Mr. Kim’s fourth stint working at Cleary in New York, where his focus will include white-collar criminal defense and internal corporate investigations. He joins several former federal prosecutors at the firm, including Lev Dassin, another former acting Manhattan U.S. attorney.
