This week the first contested ICO/SEC oral argument finally took place at the historic Brooklyn New York Federal Courthouse in a hearing before famed 70+ year old Judge Raymond Dearie (who also happens to sit on the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC, also called the FISA Court, and the subject of some congressional and presidential discussion, criticism and consternation).
