Two Former EDNY Prosecutors Join Phillips Nizer to Lead New White-Collar Practice | New York Law Journal

Ilene Jaroslaw and Bradley Simon, two former federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of New York, are joining Phillips Nizer to launch a new white-collar and investigations practice in New York.

Jaroslaw, who comes from Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, is a former assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of New York. Prior to starting his own firm, Simon & Partners, Simon was an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District and served as a trial attorney with the criminal division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
