Global law firm Goodwin announced today that David Callaway has joined the firm’s White Collar Defense practice as a partner in the Silicon Valley office.
Callaway, the former chief of the criminal division and head of the white collar unit at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, advises clients on a wide range of white collar cases, complex cross-border commercial litigation and internal investigations. During Callaway’s nearly 20-year tenure at the U.S. Attorney’s office, he also served as chief of the San Jose Branch and as a member the office’s computer hacking and intellectual property unit.
