Phila. SEC Director Rejoins Morgan Lewis as Firm Bulks Up Securities Practice | The Legal Intelligencer

G. Jeffrey Boujoukos, director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Philadelphia regional office, is leaving the office at the end of this month to rejoin Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner.

Boujoukos will split his time between the firm’s Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., offices. In his most recent role at the SEC, where he worked for more than a decade, he supervised examination and enforcement programs in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and D.C.
