Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Robert Hur has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Hur most recently served as the United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. At Gibson Dunn, he will focus on crisis management and white collar defense and investigations.
Hur, who also served in the Justice Department’s senior leadership in Washington, D.C. as Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General, joins the firm’s deep bench of 50 former Justice Department lawyers, who represent clients in courts across the country. He is the fifth former U.S. Attorney at the firm, including Nick Hanna, who rejoined the firm this year, and Chuck Stevens, Benjamin Wagner and Debra Wong Yang.
