Arnold & Porter announced today that Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr., who recently stepped down from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, will join the firm as a partner in September. He will be a member of Arnold & Porter’s Appellate & Supreme Court, Complex Litigation, and White-Collar practices, and will be resident in Newark and New York.
