Milbank has hired former federal prosecutor Nola Heller to serve as co-head of the New York office’s white-collar defense and investigations team, the law firm said on Thursday.
Heller, who joins New York-founded Milbank’s litigation and arbitration group, most recently had been a partner at rival law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel since 2017.
She worked for more than a decade as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, where her roles included chief of the violent and organized crimes unit and co-chief of the general crimes unit, Milbank said.
