White-collar litigator Randall Jackson, who was part of the team that successfully prosecuted former aides of Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff, has joined New York law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from a rival firm.
Wachtell confirmed on Monday that Jackson has joined as a partner in its litigation department.
